Dear DCP Redford Families,
We are excited to begin the 2018-19 school year! We had a great first day! Don’t forget today is a 1pm dismissal as well. Thursday and Friday of this week will be regular 3:45pm dismissal days. We are so glad you are here.  

Updates for parents/families:

• ENROLLING NOW!!! We have seats open in every grade level from Kindergarten-Third Grade. Help us fill up our amazing school and help us spread the word.  If you refer a student, we are offering a $25.00 gift card for every registered student you refer. In addition, we will be having an IPAD raffle. Every family who refers a new student will have their name entered into a raffle for a new IPAD. Send them to our main office to register and give us your name or have them call us at 313-752-3001.
• Pick Up or Bus?: If your child rides the bus in the morning, we will assume they should go home on the bus. If you want your child picked up or bused, please call us at school or notify your homeroom teacher on dismissal instructions.
• Uniforms: Not required until September 24, 2018. For uniform information, please contact our Main Office.

• FACEBOOK: Please “like” our DCP-Redford facebook page for ongoing updates and information about our school.

• After-Care/Latchkey: Before and after school care/latchkey will begin on Monday 9/10 at 6:30am and run through 5:45pm. More information will be coming this week on how to register. Call us with questions!

• Lunch Forms & Completed Registration Forms Needed: Please stop in the main office if you have not completed your lunch forms and/or health information to fully register your child.
• Bus Transportation: Bus routes are being sent home with every child today. If you have a question about your route, please contract Trinity Transportation at 313-295-6303. If you need additional support, don’t hesitate to reach out to the main office.
• BOOK DRIVE- Help us build our school library. If you have childrens books at home or know anyone with extra books, please consider donating them to our school by dropping them off in the office.
